01. General Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement

www is an online gaming and betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These terms form a binding legal agreement between www and the user. By using any part of the platform, creating an account, or carrying out any transaction, the user automatically agrees to these terms.

1.2 Age Restriction

All services on www are available only to persons aged 21 and above. Operating an account on behalf of a minor, or concealing one's age for any reason, is strictly prohibited. If false information is found during age verification, the account will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.

1.4 Language and Interpretation

These terms are published in Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. www is the sole authority for the final interpretation of any clause.

02. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same identity document details is considered a violation of www's rules.

2.2 Registration Information

All information provided when creating an account — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be accurate and up to date. Registering with incorrect or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.3 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for their password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify www's support team immediately via live chat.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any withdrawal request, or at any time at www's discretion, the user may be required to submit a valid national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification. Failure to cooperate with the verification process will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

03. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Funds can be deposited to www via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours — however, this may take longer if KYC verification is pending or a security review is in progress.

3.3 Transaction Terms

• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile or bank account number registered on the account.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not available.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, but each will be reviewed separately.

3.4 Account Balance

Funds held in a www account do not earn interest or any return. www reserves the right to review balances for any reason and may temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

04. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotions

www's weekly and special promotions each come with their own terms. www Weekly Deposit Festival, www Cricket Deposit Reward, www Friday Reload Bonanza, www Birthday Special Gift, and www Refer a Friend Bonus — each promotion has separate wagering requirements and validity periods. The applicable terms are clearly stated on each promotion's page.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Bonuses are not transferable between members.
• www reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.

05. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — unless www has provided a specific cash-out or in-play option. If a bet remains incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, www will investigate and make a decision.

5.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

Bet results for cricket, football, and other sports are determined according to official scores. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. www reserves the right to change odds on any event at any time.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games are each governed by their own rules. If a technical fault causes a discrepancy in a game result, www will review and determine the correct outcome. The result recorded on the game provider's server is considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

www's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback differs at each tier. Bronze offers up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Cashback applies to net losses for the week.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the www platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games.
• Using a VPN or proxy to hide the account's location.
• Using the platform for financial fraud or money laundering.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to www's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users or participating in betting syndicates.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses by violating bonus terms.

07. Privacy and Data Protection
